Antipasto from my Potager
Antipasto dal giardino – a simple appetizer straight from my potager.
Sometimes, quite often actually I take a little walk in the kitchen garden and pick a little of everything that is ripe and that feels just right for the occasion. Here I have an eggplant that I've glanced at for some time now, it together with some nice tomatoes are perfect for my little ‘antipasti dal giardino’.

To Taste Tomas Edison or Not...

Cantharellus cibarius - Chantarell/ Kantarell
This Harvest Monday comes from the woods ......A MINI field trip out in the woods....I just love these wonderful last days of summer when it is still warm and the air is crystal clear. A few days in the woods, looking for chanterelles, breathing in the fresh air and clear you mind. I think it is kind of a meditative feeling of walking in the woods. You can sit down for a while on a stone or log

No Champagne...big mistakeMonday 27th of October I “revisited” Brideshead during the weekend, 11 hours of the wonderful drama. It is so beautiful and such fantastic ornamental language but… it’s too long and totally uninteresting for about 4 hours in the middle, we all agreed that it varied too much in quality. 5 stars out of 10 possible and those stars were all for the first episodes until poor
